UPDATE: Pre-elite soccer teams succeed!
Carrollton Boosters and the New Orleans Jesters partnered together this Spring to provide U11-U13 players advanced training and games. The players were divided in to two teams, the NOLA Soccer Academy Pre-Elite U11 and U12/13 teams. The teams concluded their inaugural season on April 29, 2012 at the Louisiana Soccer Association’s Recreational State Cup. During the season, the U11 team posted a 4-0 record against members of the LSA’s Competitive Spring Soccer League U11 Boys Ajax Division in friendly games this Spring. The U11 team also competed up a classification and made an extremely competitive showing against older boys at the U12 Recreational State Cup. The U12/13 Jesters also played up a classification competing against U14 recreational teams from around the metropolitan region. The U12/13 Jesters capped off a successful season with a 3rd place finish in the Recreational State Cup U14 Boys Division. Congratulations to all that participated.

Flagpole
Baseball is known as "America's Pastime." There is a strong association between the game and our nation. Many of us have childhood memories of singing the National Anthem before Major League games and perhaps even before our own games. We would like to bring that experience to Carrollton Boosters. Our goal is to raise/solicit money and services to install a large pole, viewable from every field, and arrange for a sound system at each diamond for Opening Day 2012. If you have any interest or ideas, please contact Dan Plunkett (504-701-4167) or Norman Mott (504-866-1329). Together, we can continue this grand tradition for our children and grandchildren.
