We will again
offer tackle football this fall. We will have 7/8,
9/10 and 11/12 age groups again this year. All
equipment including helmet, shoulder pads and pants
with pads must be provided by the participant. All
equipment will be needed by the first grading day of
September 8th to participate. We have contacted
Grundmans (3018 Galleria Drive, Metairie, LA 70001
(504) 833-6602) sporting goods and they will help you
out with fitting and proper equipment if you need
help. Equipment may also be purchased at Sports
Authority/ Academy or any sporting goods store of
your choice. Registration is open and ongoing.
Tryouts/ grading will be Tuesday September 8 and Wednesday September 9 at Larry Gilbert. Games should begin late September with the season ending by mid-November. Game days will generally be weeknights with the first games beginning at 5pm. For more information, contact Dave Sumrall football@carrolltonboosters.org
